We hope that you will find resources here that enhance your ability to stand up for the needs and rights of abused and neglected children, in the courtroom and other settings.
Over the past few years, the number of children in foster care in Arkansas has reached an all-time high. This number has consistently exceeded 5,000 children at any given time. In addition, hundreds of these children are eligible to be adopted and are searching for their forever families. However, there is a lack of foster and adoptive homes available to meet the needs of each individual child and/or sibling group.
